If you are experiencing technical difficulties and need assistance, please contact XAP Support and include the following information in your e-mail (support@xap.com).

• Username
• A screen shot of the error message if you received an error
• The steps taken that resulted in receiving an error message
• Current Internet browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and the browser version number
• URL and the name of the screen/page

This information will help to expedite the troubleshooting of your issue.
